Saturday Sweat Sesh
The 4-1-1: SATURDAY SWEAT SESH.
Workout in one of our lovely City of Tampa Parks for approximately 1 hour typically 3 Saturdays out of each month. September dates: 9/4 and 9/11 at 9:00 am . Come out to Rivercrest Park and enjoy a group workout at the neighborhood park!! Things to bring: a yoga mat or large towel and water. Wearing sunscreen is recommended. Workout gear including closed toed tennis shoes is required. The workout is typically a fun mix of cardio and strength training for all fitness levels. Fee: by donation.
