Workout in one of our lovely City of Tampa Parks for approximately 1 hour on 3 Saturdays out of each month. In January: Come out to Rivercrest Park 1/4, 1/11 and 1/18 at 9:00 am and enjoy a group workout at the neighborhood park!! Things to bring: a yoga mat or large towel, water. Wearing sunscreen is recommended. Workout gear including closed toed tennis shoes is required. The workout is typically a fun mix of cardio and strength training for all fitness levels. Free of charge, but donations are gratefully accepted.
