Saturday Sweat Sesh
The 4-1-1: SATURDAY SWEAT SESH.
Workout in one of our lovely City of Tampa Parks for approximately 1 hour on 3 Saturdays out of each month. October dates: 10/10, 10/24 and 10/31 at 9:00 am. Come out to Rivercrest Park and enjoy a group workout at the neighborhood park!! Things to bring: a yoga mat or large towel and water. Wearing , sunscreen is recommended. Workout gear including closed toed tennis shoes is required. The workout is typically a fun mix of cardio and strength training for all fitness levels. Free of charge, but donations are gratefully accepted.
