The 4-1-1

Workout in one of our lovely City of Tampa Parks for approximately 1 hour on three Saturdays out of each month. In June: 6/1, 6/15, 6/22 and 6/29 at 9:00 am at Julian B Lane Riverfront Park. Things to bring: a yoga mat or large towel, water. Wearing sunscreen is recommended. Workout gear including closed toed tennis shoes is required. The workout is typically a fun mix of cardio and strength training for all fitness levels. Free of charge, but donations are gratefully accepted.
