Saturday Sweat Sesh


Workout in one of our lovely City of Tampa Parks for approximately 1 hour typically 3 Saturdays out of each month.  March dates: 3/9, 3/13, 3/20 at 9:00 am . Come out to Rivercrest Park  and enjoy a group workout at the neighborhood park!! Things to bring: a yoga mat or large towel and water. Wearing , sunscreen is recommended. Workout gear including closed toed tennis shoes is required. The workout is typically a fun mix of cardio and strength training for all fitness levels. Fee: by donation.
